Catherine Myson-Foehner

Catherine Myson-Foehner came to teaching as a mature aged graduate, completing a Masters of Teaching at Western Sydney University. She is currently employed as Assistant Principal at Concord West Public School. Catherine is a strong advocate of hands-on, inquiry-based learning, and works with teachers K-6 to increase technology integration in all subject areas. Her professional interests focus on dialogic approaches to mathematics teaching, differentiation and student engagement. Catherine also works with the reSolve Mathematics By Inquiry Project, which aims to provide Australian teachers K-10 with resources to teach mathematics in an innovative and engaging way.
