Dr Victoria Campbell is a professional storyteller, actor and a lecturer in Drama and the Creative Arts in Sydney School of Education and Social Work, University of Sydney. She is also a Teaching Artist in the School Drama and Connected programs, partnerships with Sydney Theatre Company and the University.
Victoria’s research interests centre on the role of oral storytelling in educational contexts. Her doctoral study provided professional learning opportunities for early career primary teachers to enhance their narrative and oral storytelling skills. It also highlights the relationship between storying and oral storytelling and how they link as art forms.
