Louise Reynolds has over 25 years experience in K-6 schools as a school leader, classroom teacher and literacy consultant. Louise is currently the principal of Granville East Public School where she leads an executive team focused on instructional leadership and transformational change for students, staff and communities.
In 2016 Granville East Public School was identified by Social Ventures Australia (SVA) as one of number of schools across Australia with innovative leadership impacting outcomes for students in socially disadvantaged areas. The school also received a Minister’s Award for their 3-way reporting process – “Learning Conversations”.
Louise is passionate about leading change in ways that empower staff and students to be deep, critical and reflective thinkers.
